Located in an area of regeneration in Manchester city center, this 14 storey tower provides approximately 200,000 sqft of commercial office accommodation.

 

The perforated cor-ten 'woven fabric' facade grounds the building firmly in its context - the site, a former cotton mill, was at the heart of city's industrial revolution from the late 1700s - as well as providing environmental control to the curtain wall glass envelope to the south and west.

 

Vertical winter gardens give the interior office suites a unique feature and provide spaces for meeting, as well as adding visual interest to the fully glazed eastern facade.
